    I went in to pay my Truck loan and Lucy let me know that they could lower my Truck Payment. She was able to get the interest down to 5.45% saving me $130 a month. Most other branches just take the payment but Lucy actually took the time to save me money. Thank you!!!

    What a wonderful group that make the Carthage, NC branch a friendly, helpful and great place to do your regular banking. Yesterday, I called just to inquire about the status of an account (I'll admit, it was to save a trip into the building) and GABBY (associate) was so helpful over the phone I can hardly describe her patience and willingness to help.
