He happens to be from the state we were dealing with so he knew so many state laws and rules that apply to our case. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was really worried that this would be a tough process yet Sonny made it seamless and easy and got us set up with a new account. Thank you again for making the banking for this process an easy one and for being so understanding and helpful and customer-service oriented.

Employees are friendly but management does not care about the type of service they provide. Their excuse for not answering the phone and returning messages is that they were short staffed. This occurred the day before Thanksgiving.
