    The staff are very helpful, and also friendly. It's a good choice for a bank, thank you. Edit: i take it back. This bank is terrible. The customer service sucks. I have to call then every time I want to make a purchase because they think it's "fraud." I shouldn't have to do that. I will be switching banks today. Stay far away from this horrible company. The people were very rude to me.

    William past away recently he was my husband together 51 years. Im Edward Lewis married 8 years legally when nc made it legal before The Supreme Court of the US. At First Bank we were Always treated well if not very well The employees have been very cordial. Rarely you get a dud. After owning my own business for 50 years and having up to 12 employees at a time I find theirs to be exemplary .The women at the front office, left has always treated us special, my husband and I. Hope for many more years.

    Used to be a great bank. But, now you go to one of the newly acquired locations and get treated like a second class citizen. Go with a credit union, First Bank is just a Wells Fargo pretending to be a local bank.
