Unfortunately, when I had a time sensitive transaction and called to speak with the manager, I never got a return call. Despite my message stating it was time sensitive. So I can’t give a great rating because the one time I needed some assistance, I was ignored.

Stacy Fernandes at the Truist Calabash, NC branch was not only unprofessional, but also incredibly condescending and dismissive. My daughter and I visited the branch after Stacy suggested adding my daughter to my checking and money market accounts in case, I ever became unable to manage her finances. What she didn’t mention at the time were the potential tax or Social Security ramifications that could affect my daughter as a result — something that should have been part of the conversation from the beginning. When my daughter and I later returned to ask about being removed from the account, Stacy told me — loudly and with a straight face — that the only way I could be taken off was if I died. Seriously? That’s the level of customer service and knowledge being offered? The entire experience was frustrating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. Stacy was loud, obnoxious, and condescending throughout. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when dealing with sensitive financial matters. Do better.
