It's the most unfriendly people I have met out of the other Truist banks only one person in their that doesn't act like you are bothering her for just walking in the bank and always has a attitude when speaking just plain very rude people

Poor experience overall. I wanted to open a bank account. The Staff inside were unhelpful and uninterested in helping me.
I can't imagine how they treat existing customers.

She then tells me to go to wells fargo in which i did wells fargo informed me that they cant cash it because its marked i contacted the branch the teller answered the phone disagreeing with what Wells Fargo said she reiterated that if she deposits my check it will take 7 days if i wanted my money today she said to go to a check cashing place but how can i cash a check if you marked it as cash ! Not even a check cashing place will cash my payroll check . I had to file a complaint with truist
