First, the login that they gave me for my online account went to someone else’s account (that I was able to view). Then, my debit card was sent to someone else’s address. Online bill pay is a joke. Two different bills were supposed to be delivered December 9th. Today is December 14th and they still have not gotten there. We will be moving our account to a more reliable bank ASAP.
