- ACAztech cOct 15, 20251.0This is hell.. This would be my own personal hell if i have to set foot in this bank again. The amount of times I have been it is always short staffed and slow. It has no decor and very dull. It looks like a simulation of what prison would be. God bless the poor souls that HAVE to work there. when they did this upgrade to the store it is awful and tasteless… I will find another branch that doesn’t feel dreadful to go to.

I was refused to be let in the bank without an extensive reason for being there due to corona outbreak, told to go around to drive through and forced to sit in line for 30 mins for no reason. Staff was unhelpful and Wells Fargo posts nothing on their page notifying people of obstacles prior nor are their any signs. Likely to switch banks from yet another awful experience with this company.
