Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with my first business card. I have worked so hard on my personal credit to be in the top score (800s) and wanted to begin building business credit. While Truist initially gave me 5,000 first credit card (current, no late or missed payments) I decided to open an additional one this time for 7,500. The goal was to continue building a great relationship, but unfortunately staff member Mike has made a HUGE mistake on my account causing major ongoing financial harm and stress for me. Branch Manager Ronnie Jefferies has confirmed the mistake in writing but the executive office has blamed me (the customer) and refuses to rectify the bank error, instead hit me with thousands of dollars in interest from no fault of my own. This is even after assurance from this branch manager that the situation will be resolved, considering my solid evidence of the banking error. I have now closed the account due to “hardship” which has completely ruined my business credit history that I worked so hard to achieve and maintain. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK OR THIS BRANCH TO ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. Please bank elsewhere where they value their customers.

Horrible location. Rude workers inside the notary wouldn’t sign my title and I tried calling before coming and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. I wasn’t greeted by a single employee and I had a customer cut me in line and got helped right away meanwhile I was still ignored. Left this establishment in tears by the way I was treated. Ride to any other location.

Takes way too long for a single transaction. This is a constant problem. Either become more efficient or hire more people. I love BBT, but this particular location operates like we're still in the 80's. And a $15 charge to print a certified check is BS!
