- ADA DJan 30, 20245.0I just wanted to highlight the bank teller working today named Crystal. I had asked a question to a different teller but Crystal was able to answer it. After I told her I was hard of hearing and read lips, she made it a point to make sure I could see her face in order to communicate better. When I was standing to the side of her window, she tapped the window so I could see her hand. Once I saw her hand, I stepped back in front of her window so I could see her face/read lips. She waited until I was in front of her before she started talking. Not once did she raise her voice or yell which is what most people do because they think it makes you "hear better." This may seem insignificant to some, but to those who have hearing disabilities, it's a breath of fresh air. She was professional, kind, and very helpful. Thank you Crystal for being an outstanding employee, you made my experience much less stressful.
