  I needed to close my checking account. After standing in line behind 4 people,the teller said I'd have to wait to talk to loan officer about that. After waiting in lobby half hour, I was told I'd have to make an appointment! Gave them my telephone number and she said they'd call me 1st thing this am. Mid afternoon and still no return call! Went on phone to Wells Fargo in India. Man said no such bank in Brevard! I was there yesterday! Now had to get appointment in another town. Said cashiers check would take 2wks in mail. Received awful banking service at Wells Fargo.

  A big THANK YOU to the entire Brevard Wells Fargo team!!! My Mom needed some assistance with her accounts and the entire team went above and beyond to help her. Specifically, Rachael C---was AMAZING. Thanks again to everyone!

  The bank in Brevard NC is the best bank that I have ever walked in to! Very nice and courteous ladies!!

  They miscounted my money twice. They told me to wait in the car till they counted the draws. Never came back to let me in. I banged on the door and a man comes out and says that the draws were right. Then he said that they might not be right because they never counted the checks. This happened at the Brevard branch. They started treating me like a theif. They held my money up in the air and counted one bill at a time very slowly. I started using the Hendersonville branch. ( Laurel Park). Everything was fine till some employees from the Brevard Branch transferred to there, then treating me like a theif started all over again. I run a business and I work for a lady who is confined to her bed due to health reasons. I ask her if she could move her account but it is next to impossible in her condition. She has quite a nice amount in her account and that makes it even more difficult. I have worked for her for twelve years and she so depends on me. I would have never put up with this out of anybody. I just don't want to abandon her. Every time you go in the Brevard Branch, there is always new faces. I guess they don't pay them anything. I know a lady that worked there years ago and she said that the branch manager treats the employees horrible. She now works in a much higher up position in another bank. I have no respect for this company what so ever! They only kept 20 dollars of my money but the total disrespect they have dished out is unforgivable. Aside from all of this it has been all over the news and social media about all the fake accounts they have started just so that they could charge people fees for made up stuff. They have been in all sorts of trouble for scams and stealing money. I would never trust this company with any kind of a sizable amount of cash. Don't take my word for it. Research it for yourself! What a Horrible, dishonest and disrespectful bunch of Nobodys!
