- SSStephen SloanDec 6, 20255.0Several weeks ago I went into the Brevard Wells Fargo branch to handle changes on two business accounts. The service and attention I received over 2 separate meetings were extremely helpful/professional. These were processes that weren’t done on a regular basis and required legal counsel. Jeremy Buckner and his associate Quinton Robinson went out of their way in getting answers/problems solved. They truly made me feel like a valued client and appreciated my business !! WELL DONE !!!!! I would also like to express my appreciation for the bank clerks Charona and Angela who always have a smile on their face. They do a terrific job keeping the positive energy !!!
- JJjlawterOct 28, 20251.0I needed to close my checking account. After standing in line behind 4 people,the teller said I'd have to wait to talk to loan officer about that. After waiting in lobby half hour, I was told I'd have to make an appointment! Gave them my telephone number and she said they'd call me 1st thing this am. Mid afternoon and still no return call! Went on phone to Wells Fargo in India. Man said no such bank in Brevard! I was there yesterday! Now had to get appointment in another town. Said cashiers check would take 2wks in mail. Received awful banking service at Wells Fargo.
