They pre-approved her and later constantly came up with new and time consuming hoops to jump through to get the loan.They are VERY SLOW to respond and have to go to GA to get information from their underwriters. They blame the GA location, I wonder who the GA location blames. Any small change in the real estate contract can start the whole lengthy process over. UCB probably will drag this out so long my daughter will lose the house and her money down to the sellers. We have constantly told them this but UCB just does not seem to CARE! Go somewhere else, anywhere else. They are terrible!
