As I was waiting at the drive thru, (Pattie, patty, patti, spl?) the Bank Manager came to the window and introduced herself. She is so nice and comfortable to talk with. You can see that the other staff are happy she is there also. This day was such a pleasure. I thought she was one of the front end staff and not the Branch Manager. There’s a lot to be said for how she presents herself. This is the attitude of a “Hometown” Bank.
