- GFG FNov 30, 20231.0I was repeatedly told by the bank I had a zero balance on a business card, they could not take a payment, and received a statement two weeks later with late fees. Complete incompetence. Even now the service manager is wondering why.. I asked to pay, in person. Never found the issue, paid off account in full with fees
