Heavily considering switching banks considering the fact I am now down 140$ thanks to the incompetence of this bank.

Her customer service consists of telling long time customers who cannot apply for ppp how many other applications they have taken. Is it supposed to make your customers feel better when you tell them you've helped lots of people while you're telling me you can't help me? She also stood in the lobby making antagonistic comments while my teller was assisting me. Already hated this bank but now I'm shopping for a new one. Great job, Belinda!

As a college student, I have personally experienced the discrimination that Wells Fargo as a whole implements upon low-income people. The fact that they charge your account if you don't use your debit card at least 10 times a month, which is only effective to those with less than $500 in their account? I mean, seriously? I've been a customer for five years now, but today was my last day to put up with the discrimination and thieves that work for this banking system. They lost me as a customer.
