- EWEmily WilsonJul 1, 20211.0Worst bank we have ever TRIED to work with. Will be closing our account immediately. Would not allow us to wire OUR money when we were on vacation. If you are in black mountain just take the short drive to HomeTrust. They went above and beyond to accommodate us when first citizens refused.
