- LCL CFeb 12, 20211.0Be careful when signing up for an account as the advisors here make a lot of mistakes. I signed up for a second checking account and was not told I would be charged a monthly fee of $12.00 for it. After a year of only using it to transfer funds from my other account, I was shocked to see a monthly service fee. When I called customer service they switched me to a free checking account and only refunded me 12 out of over 100 dollars worth of fees. I NEVER spend money on my bank accounts, so I definitely would not have gotten this account if I was told I would be charged for it. They also got my e-mail address wrong (they added a random H to my e-mail address; which doesn't have an H in it so it was clearly a typo. I had trouble verifying my account by e-mail for a while because of this until I was able to change it.)
