- JPJerry PruittMar 6, 20231.0Obvious signs of poor management recently. Went by between 6:30am and 7:00am this morning to pull a little cash, withdrawals temporarily unavailable. Stopped back by just before 5:00pm. Withdrawals still unavailable. I called them, they physically didn't have the cash to put into the ATM. A bank physically running out of cash on hand is an obvious sign of poor management. It is the branch managers job to anticipate the needs of the branch. It isn't like there is another branch a few minutes down the road. Driving to Kings Mountain or S. New Hope Rd to get a little pocket money is not something I should have to do. I've had my account at this bank for a very long time, First National Bank days. I'm now strongly considering changing banks.
