    Terrible branch level service. Multiple in-person trips to address a specific and relatively simple account level question and no availability of anyone other than the poor teller obviously trained to just run interference for the folks behind closed doors in offices. The pattern was clear as all non-counter transaction customers got the same runaround treatment. No reason to have anything more than an ATM at the location for all the service provided.

    So far, not the greatest impression. I had to open an account to be able to deposit a check that I was unable to due to restrictions with my normal online banking account so I came in to figure out how I could access the money while waiting on the card to come in the mail and it was like pulling teeth getting an answer from the teller and for some odd reason, all the other tellers stopped taking customers as her and I were talking and I had no clue that there was a line building up behind me that the other employees completely ignored and when I turned around after hearing the angry sounds of someone huffing and puffing to realize the line of angry customers behind me. I don’t understand why she kept the conversation going with small talk with me when she clearly saw the people in line behind me. I felt terrible for holding everybody up and think it was very rude of the other tellers to just ignore them. They could’ve let me go to a desk or ask me to step aside for a second while she helped the others if I still had further questions. I just felt like I left with more questions than I came in with and was mortified by the people behind me who were furious and making comments under their breath as raced for the door. Can’t make any promises that I will be with them very long.
