Logging into the app and it not having access to The account that they have assigned me, access denied. And when I walked into the local Benson branch, to try to get things resolved with a person in person. The only person that can help me is at lunch at 3:30 in the afternoon and will not be back until 4 o’clock and the bank closes at five. Who in the hell goes to lunch at 3:30 in the afternoon and only comes back one hour before the bank closes and why is there only one person that can help me when there are five other people in the branch but don’t seem to have a clue about what I’m talking about . Called back to the main office told them I was not impressed with their service and how difficult it was to do simple business with them and told them to cancel the account. I will go somewhere else.
