This location was great…. Until the branch manager left. No contact..of any sort. If they called, no voicemail. You expect me to call you back? My phone doesn’t know it’s you.. Letter sent out? Never received on my end. Address still the same? Yep!!!! Had since I’ve been in the Wilmington area. I went to the local branch and met with the Branch Manager. Super nice guy. Now he’s gone, that branch has gone down hill. Each branch is blaming the other… This bank/credit union is a joke!
The main question is, would I recommend this bank/credit union? Only if you plan to stay local. If you plan to move where another one is… even if the same name, close your account. It will make your life so much easier

Used to be a decent place to go. Recently got an auto loan with them, their loan officer James Jackson was absolutely terrible, worst customer service possible. I recommend going to any other branch than this one! I definitely will not be returning. It was completely ridiculous.

Your savings is not your savings at this CU, don’t think your putting money in you savings account and it won’t be touched that’s not the case. I will be leaving this CU immediately, and I have been banking here for years. I wish I could remember the lady’s name that I spoke to but she was not helpful at all and didn’t care about me as a valued member.
