The interest went from almost 5% to less than .05%. By the time I realized it I was out almost $600. Do not trust these people in the Belmont office, they are rude and disrespectful. They sit there and play on their phone. Instead of helping waiting customers. Don’t be fold by their fancy image. They are licensed thieves to take your money

I have no reasonable belief that their general customer service is not quite good, however, About the time I was shopping for a new bank, wells fargo was involved in a scandal involving the opening of accounts in customers' names, apparently without their knowledge or authorization. That incident put me off permanently. I've never been back.
