    I never thought I could enjoy going to a bank more than this one. Everyone is so friendly and provide the same service no matter the time or day of the week. If you want a family experience while feeling cared for at the same time this is the place. Not only to mention how above and beyond they go to help you the most they can financially. Whether it’s a buisness account, mortgage, or loan they are always very helpful. Would recommend

    Hello AMERICA! Hello WORLD! Hello UNIVERSE! I like to send a SHOUT OUT to Shonta and her crew. This past Monday was one of the worst days of my life, but I dealt with it. I needed to open up a new bank account due to another business's idiosyncrasies. Shonta and her crew listened to me., consoled and was sympathetic to me. Shonta got me started on opening an account after the preliminary questions were asked. I was totally flabbergasted at such a remarkable experience. This bank was meant to be for me. I felt like family to this astronomically superb and entrusted crew. I walked in like the character Sadness from "Inside Out", but I left out feeling like Mary Poppins singing "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!". Thank you so much! Please forgive me if I had spelled Shonta's name.

    I have banked with Bank OZK since they opened in Gastonia. I choose to use the Belmont location because of Ashley Brayton, the Banking Center Manager. She goes above and beyond to help with any problems I've had. It helps so much to have someone as knowledgeable handling my account.

    Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank,the online banking platform is always messed up or in maintenance mode,the ATMs should be in an antique mall and most of time dont work. The screen at this one has giant dead bug that i know has been in there two years. Worst place ever to bank
