And when I say terrible I mean completely god awful. Fast food restaurants have more helpful, friendly service. The managers are always unavailable or out of the office and will not even respond to a email or voicemail. After six consecutive emails, countless calls and a two months of your life wasted you might get a message or call back. It's truly unbelievable. I drive 45 minutes to a different location just to avoid dealing with them...
