SECU purchased my mortgage from LGFCU and now it is impossible to pay without spending 1 hour in my car, driving to their location like it's the 1900's, because they will not allow me to open an account.
If it were any more inconvenient, I would have to go on horseback.
I just can't believe how awful of an experience it is.
I don't know what is wrong with these people or how they're even allowed to operate like this.
This is crazy.
