SECU purchased my mortgage from LGFCU and now it is impossible to pay without spending 1 hour in my car, driving to their location like it's the 1900's, because they will not allow me to open an account. If it were any more inconvenient, I would have to go on horseback. I just can't believe how awful of an experience it is. I don't know what is wrong with these people or how they're even allowed to operate like this. This is crazy.

I loved the staff and all. Great services for sure. I hate that they kicked the Local government out, civic union suck. Plus I can't use the coin machine no more and that suck even more.

Brittany Lilley was most helpful to me this morning regarding switching accounts for interest increments.
