- CVChristian VasquezJun 30, 20231.0I usually use the ATM but the ATM has been down for the past month. Went to go use their services inside at 4:45 and they were closed. They won’t fix their ATM, they won’t update their hours to closing 15 minutes early, they close 15 minutes early and this all started happening after they got a new employee whoever it is who closes the door. The gentleman before him would close the doors at 5 o’clock on the dot, 6 years at this bank and we NEVER had the atm down that long nor do they close 15 minutes early. The man will smile in your face while locking the doors too and tell you to get there earlier like mfr I would’ve if I had known they closed 15 minutes early.
