- JGJamin GardnerAug 23, 20241.0Although the bank manager and tellers were quite helpful and seemed very nice truist Bank wasted my sisters and my time opening two accounts. Then Truist refused to refund us the full amount that we deposited in the two accounts when they closed the accounts for no disclosed reason. I was even given a number by the bank manager to find out why they closed our accounts and I called that still no help whatsoever. Awful experience. And we had to pay for this awful experience
