- MMMAug 22, 20225.0Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. They must of just had that one bad experience. I've dealt with this bank for over 10 years. The staff is great, friendly, and helpful. As far as fees, that's FNB policy not the staff, and is usually spelled out before you sign up for anything. And YOU agree to it! We all screw up, it shouldn't be the banks responsibility to cover it up for you.

Shameful that in a community such as Hatteras Island, the people at this bank are willing to take people's hard-earned money. Practicing shady banking tactics then placing the blame on their victims. They take advantage of people's good nature then play dumb when they're called out for it. Yall should be real proud of yourselves.
