I was in the branch yesterday and saw platinum savings accts are getting 4.60 interest with new money” of 10,000 daily average balance. I called to ask why I haven’t been getting that on my +10k balance for years. Only new customers or new money was applicable. So new clients get a 4.60 rate when loyal customers get the lowest ever! Closing accounts! I was offered to speak to a banker next Monday, after the deal expires 🙁
