- EJEj JacksonSep 22, 20221.0Went to this location on my way to airport, went in to do a routine qccount transfers I always do at the same time of the month. They wouldn't do my transactions becuase my card wasn't signed. I have done numerous transactions at other branches, in other states as well, Never had an issue. Especially when I have proper I.D as well as entering my pin to both accounts! That was more than enough to identify who I am. Not to mention the looks I was given on entry of this location as if I didn't belong. I wont say it was a racist act, but I definitely felt my ethnicity played a big part in the refusal to give me access to my money. I left the branch without access to my funds, only to arrive in Dalllas and get the exact transactions done without any issues!
