- RPR PurcellSep 13, 20224.0Update to say the Authorities have the area clear now and we feel much better about safety in this area. An additional old camper is there with items stored underneath chassis going on several days. This ATM is within a few feet and I remain surprised at how this area appears to be an encampment. Area feels unsafe overrunwith panhandlers. The parking lot allows panhandlers to sleep in dilapidated campers toward the old Ryan's Steakhouse and dangerously close to the Wells Fargo ATM. Panhandlers emerge in bushes nearby creating a very unsafe experience.
