- CSCarole SharpeOct 6, 20252.0Every time we go to the drive-thru, it takes anywhere from 15-25 minutes for them to finish our transaction. Several times we have been the only ones in the drive thru. If you go inside, it's just a bad. The customer service is horrible.

We spent a year trying to get a construction loan, and 12 months into the process they finally looked at our tax returns and let us know it was not possible. We went through every mishap, from our loan officer just not responding for months, to her losing our documents, to her making huge mistakes and sending us on wild goose chases for unnecessary documents. Incredible incompetence and blatant disregard for other people's time and energy. Run away.
