The staff is unhelpful and inexperienced with banking. The banker was quick to want to close down and shred my ATM card when a dispute was filed, but would not give me a replacement card. The replacement card was never received by mail after waiting for over six weeks. So, I got a replacement card from another branch with no hassles. The so-called banker did not even know how to submit a dispute claim and did not even submit the dispute correctly. So, I had to go to another branch that knew how to and gladly assisted me with filing the dispute. When one files a dispute with this particular bank, he does not get temporary credits for the fraudulent charges unlike most other banks. The bank had the nerve to charge me a monthly maintenance fee for fraudulent charges to my account. So that I won’t lose any more money, I was advised not to have any more deposits/direct deposits made to any TD Bank accounts. I would not recommend visiting this particular bank branch to anyone who values quality customer service.

Closing my entire TD account solely because of this downtown branch. I’d rather go through a long closing/transferring process than ever have to deal with these sad excuses for tellers again. Every time I come it takes 20-40 minutes just to DEPOSIT MONEY…… it’s not rocket science, I’m not opening an account, getting a loan or signing up for some long, drawn out process… It should not take 40 minutes to just put cash into my account. I’m switching to First Bank or First Citizens, they have always had me in and out in 5 minutes or less. Don’t waste your time with this branch, if you absolutely have to use TD, drive 30 extra minutes to the Hendersonville Rd location and you’ll still get out quicker. **UPDATE** I went to First Bank to deposit my money instead and timed it… I was literally out in 2 minutes flat. Incredible. It takes TD 20 times longer to do what First Bank does.

Not a great banking experience. TD bought out the bank we started with and we just stayed for convenience. We have been there for many years and have had numerous problems. Some of the staff at this branch are really great, but others are not the most pleasant. The folks we worked with to get a home equity line were quite disorganized and not coordinated with the remote loan officers. Had to resend the same information to various places multiple times...took about double the amount of time we were told it would. We signed up for overdraft protection, but noone entered it into the system so we got surprised by overdraft charges several years later. We signed up again (this time I kept personal copies of the paperwork on file) a few months later, we had a delayed deposit which triggered an overdraft, and apparently the overdraft protection paperwork had not been properly entered into the system and they charged us a fee. They refunded the fee and could see when the overdraft protection docs were executed, but didn't know why it wasn't activated. They also have alot of hidden fees and ridiculous charges. I would avoid banking with TD. It's finally gotten so bad that we'll need to go through the hassle of changing banks.
