I was in today and spoke with a man about a home purchase. I can't remember his name. Dan or David maybe. He was great. Unfortunately you cant help where I am moving but he offered a few great suggestions and offered to review any loan documents with me even from another lender to help me understand. What a great person.

They refused to do anything with checks. This is the third one I brought by. The third one over the phone they told me to bring on by it will be fine. And the third one they denied service in person. The other branches are so much better and more professional about it.

By far this has been the best bank I’ve ever dealt with. Very clean, polite and helpful employees, they have a security guard most of the time. The only problem in the past is their ATM being out of order which was very inconvenient. I don’t know about recently because I no longer use it! I wish they would bring back affordable tax services for customers again (at another branch) , they took that service away!
