I stopped by this branch to open a new account and the entire process was super smooth! The staff I dealt with were very friendly. I even forgot my jacket in one of the offices and they ran it out to me before I left. I had a great experience despite the negative reviews 🤷♂️

The employees are so awful it makes you wish Ezra would come back. That's how bad it is.

I've been banking with State Employees for over 10 years. Never have I ever experienced the disrespect the rudeness from an employee. Until I spoke with someone from this location she cut me off every time I tried to ask a question when I was trying to understand things that was going on she didn't want me to talk very rude. Very hostile demeanor was very off. I will never use this location. I will continue to use all of the locations but this location.

I’m not sure what issues they have at this location but this is the slowest bank to try and do anything with. The drive through is a joke unless you have no where to be for the next hour. I just sat in the drive through for 35 minutes because people came behind me and you can’t get out.
