- RBRebecca BarnesAug 8, 20241.0You can travel hundreds of miles in any direction and stop at every First Citizens Bank you pass and you will never find a teller as rude as the ones at this location. One or twice? Maybe they ate having a bad day? Multiple times? That means it's a work culture there. I don't have a large sum of money in my account, but I'm never in the negative, I don't owe them any money, so why do I leave there feeling like garbage? There is nothing wrong with being kind, or even indifferent, but staring someone up and down and being rude is so unnecessary. I'm pulling my money out of first citizens, along with my families money. They won't miss me but I bet they'll miss my dad's money.

Lost my card on a weekend out, and asked for them to send a new card in the mail… that was on December 20th and now it’s January 21st and I still don’t have a card from them. I Had to open an account somewhere else to have a working card to pay bills with. Customer care could be much better.
