- CHChris HendersonDec 21, 20235.0I had an issue today with the ATM at the First Bank on Patton Ave. It was a pretty major issue. I was pretty upset in the beginning due to this amount of money that was involved. I had no less than three folks in the local branch talk to me about it and look for a solution. The Branch Manager Scott Burgess handled the situation with them utmost professionalism and true compassion for the customer It took a while to resolve the ATM situation due to other vendors having to handle the ATM. But all the way through. I had the total assurance from Mr Burgess that I would be taking care of. He definitely took a lot of his time and followed through all along the way to taking care of me the customer. I would highly recommend First Bank and and all the folks working within. The ATM situation was basically a jamming issue. Unfortunately with all banks it can be pretty common with the bills that we insert or how we insert them. Once again though I highly recommend Mr Burgess and First Bank
