- CMCameron MendelSep 5, 20231.0I have had a business account with this bank for almost 3 years. I deposited a check today from a client that they put an arbitrary 9 day hold on. This hold means that I will be late paying out sub-vendors and contractors, which affects my reputation as well as incurs late fees. I made them aware of this at the branch and they chose not to expedite the process, despite having the ability to. I will be closing my account as soon as possible, and recommend anyone with a business bank elsewhere. What a joke of a bank.

Right after, that my local banking called me asking me if I needed anything because I had just called. I was really, really surprise and very proud of my desition of changing to a locally based bank instead of my previous. I don't have words to describe how please I'm.
