All 3 times at least a dozen people in line. 1 teller and 2 drive thru tellers and the manager. Today the manager asked me why I was there? To make a deposit. Personal or business? Bussiness. Checks? No, cash and coins. She says oh, you have to do that in here. I really knew that. Then I say to her that it would really help if she would open a teller window when its so busy like it is now. She says I bet it would but because I am the branch manager I am not allowed to handle cash. So on top of closing the 2 other branches near me I have to wait more then 20 minutes each time I come in the bank because you only have 1 teller. Very unhappy!!!
