However, my Mother has been a client for more than 2 decades, so I was surprised to learn today that she hasn’t heard from Jay. Not a blanket email or call of any kind to let her know that he is monitoring her positions and is available for questions or to meet. Investors should expect this from an someone with the title of Advisor.
