- GCGilberto CadavidSep 17, 20251.0Wells Fargo giving counterfeit 100 dollar bills. In two different occasions (9/2/25 and 6/18/25) when I withdrew money from the office in 2373 Hendersonville Rd. Arden 28704, each time mixed with several other good bills they included 2 counterfeit 100 dollar bills. why Two counterfeit bills each time? why separated 2 and a half months. I hope a thorough investigation including the personal in that office. The manager said that this is the first time he heard about this. what are the chances that 2 and a half months apart I am the only one that gets this when a large withdraw is done. will contact BBB

I even called to ask why I did get email my card was not being shipped out but each time I called i different answer. One customer service sadi it mail Friday. Next one said it gkt sent out Saturday but did not get any notification.i asked them why I did not get any notification on when got shipped out. No clear reason why just saying it was shipped out already. When it was not even shipped until a week after they said. So I had wait over 2 weeks for my debit card. Don't ever bank with them. If I could give them no stars I would.
