- GMGod ManMay 10, 20191.0I pay my bills online every week. My check is direct deposited every Friday. Never any problems up until 4 weeks ago. I've always had enough money to cover what goes out. For the last four weeks they've been charging me insufficient fund fees for no reason. I called local branch. They took care of one of the fees. I ask why it bounced. He told me well we see why here and took care of it, have a nice day. Wouldn't tell me why. I have digital banking and there was nothing showing tocause an insufficient fund fee. On 5/6 I paid 125 on debit card with 441 in bank. Charged me a fee. I called to take care of it on Monday. It's Friday and my account is negative 31 dollars. On top of that. While my account was negative they charged me 2.50 for atm fee so now they'll get another 36 dollars. That will be 180 that first citizens took from me for no reason. I'm done. There are too many banks out there that put up with this.
