Cammy told me nice and loud that the credit card was "denied and the credit line may be at its limit". No help, no alternative, just told that once it was rejected Wells Fargo would prevent me from trying another card for 25 hours. Well, I walked outside and was able to use the ATM and get the cash - which told me she didn't run the card I gave her. I went across the street to the PNC Bank where the teller and manager were so helpful and I received 5 star service. They were fantastic. I got home and looked it up and sure enough the credit card Cammy said was "rejected" was never run! So basically everything she told me was wrong and she didn't do her job. Find some place else to go. When you are out of town and seeking assistance and to be treated like you are destitute and broke is simply pathetic.
