- JNJason NanceAug 14, 20242.0NCSECU service has went downhill over the last few years. The employees in the branch seem pretty good, but the online features are a nightmare. NCSECU systems seem to have more and more outages and the ATM seems like it's always down. I have been trying to get a online transfer stopped for a month now, and even after calling the help desk they say they cannot stop it. You cannot even STOP a existing transfer immediately from the online portal. Truliant and Fidelity seem so much better. Bank elsewhere.
