- MNMarjorie NietoNov 14, 20252.0I am sharing this review to help improve the overall experience at this branch. This location already has 2.5 stars and customers should be treated appropriately. I came in to deposit two checks and the cashier Sree was not polite. I have been a customer at Chase and Bank of America and this type of interaction is unusual for me. I would recommend additional training for the staff. I also mentioned to her in person that the interaction felt weird. It was not about me because I have a very good life, but I care about the people who come to this branch regularly. Customers deserve to be treated well.

- MMMagsOct 6, 20253.0I go to the Apex, NC branch once a month to make a deposit. Most of the employees are very nice and polite, but there is always a line of customers and very few tellers. I went there last Tuesday, there were three people before me and one teller, I had to leave without taking care of my business as I had another appointment elsewhere and the line didn't move the whole time i was there. So I returned later that day, same thing but now there were four people before me and one teller (different one from earlier) I waited and eventually did what I needed to do. I asked the teller if i could speak to a manager about the staffing, he said he was one of the managers and that there had been two sick calls. But it's always like this. I told him my daughter is looking for a job, so he took her name and number "to pass on to" whoever. No one has called, so the place continues to be understaffed. It's frustrating, especially when they have an opportunity to help the situation.

After several calls to the branch I am still not able to speak with someone live. In addition, the ap will not allow me to view the card as described. Oh well...just part of the deal I guess.
