This is the worst banking branch I have ever experienced in 50 years of banking! I have been with CCB/Suntrust/Truist since 1997, and this branch makes me want to pull all of my family's accounts. Every single time I go into the branch for any level of assistance, I get push back, excuses, and a severe lack of customer service or desire to help. Instead I get eye rolls, sighs, lack of recognition as a customer, no offer to help, and many reasons why they don't want to help. I have experienced this with every single teller at this location. Avoid this branch at all costs!!

-1000000000 stars if I could. I've been with this bank for over 15 years and this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I just moved from another state and needed to make change for $100 and they wouldn't let me despite giving them my social and my license from the state I moved from. I have moved a lot. What are people supposed to do when they travel and move? Took 3 RUDE people and the useless branch manager to tell me they couldn't. They were acting like I had this big issue when all I needed was to break $100 into 1's and 5's LOL. I won't be returning here and will be switching banks. They need to improve their terrible customer service.

Went here to get change for some $100 bills and the experience sucked. This place is not welcoming. When you're asked questions, it feels like an interrogation (e.g., "Hi. What are you trying to do here?"). Don't waste your time trying to get change here or even transact with this location. Getting change at a bank shouldn't require 2 tellers and a branch manager to walk you through a transaction that they can't complete.

Avoid this branch at all cost. I usually do not do this but just to help anyone out that may be looking to stop by this branch. I do not know why this location is so bad but it has been for several years. I have spoken with management several times over this he last couple years but hasn’t changed. There is a location about 4 miles away that is great. I have no idea how they can be so slow. Have been in when there was only one person in front of me and it still took 15-20 minutes. Nice people just EXTREMELY slow.

Terrible service. I came there to deposit coins with my child to show them the importance of deposit and savings. The tellers instead were gripping over counting after I counted and were not interested in helping me. One of the tellers was free but she wanted me to wait until the first teller that greeted me to help. I got upset and left and went to federal coastal credit union where there machine quickly counted my coins and deposited the money in my account. I plan to close all of my accounts at Truist.
