- RRRe ReAug 8, 20221.0This is my second time encountering the Indian lady at the teller. She need more training! If you are not sure of something PLEASE stop assuming things that you don’t know! Then get an attitude when I tell you that you are wrong because I LITERALLY just got off the phone with the branch before coming in. She finally then called to ask someone and tried to make it seem like I was the crazy one. I saw her laughing on the low while telling whoever she was talking to that “it’s a Monday “. No, it’s called you are not keeping track of the updates at the branch and DONT KNOW!!!!! I will not go to her again if I can help it! This is the SECU in Apex NC.
