- JNJoe NataleApr 10, 20241.0Was dealing with an overdraft issue. I gave the information to one of the client representatives there, it was supposed to be relayed to the back office customer service. The information that was relayed to customer service was in accurate from what I discussed with the representative. As a result, I was not able to recoup, the fee which was not a result of my negligence. Customer service was no help. We are moving our banks.
