If i could give it a zero star i would. Absolutely rude. The tellers at the drive thru wouldn't even answer the call, i had a question. They just walked away. That had to be resolved!

By far the rudest drive thru associate ever. The older lady with short brown hair. One of the companies I work for went under new management and since our last checks were paper checks instead of direct deposit, do not ask me why but they were, both owners called and waived the fees. Since I work two jobs, I went on a Monday and she tried to charge me 8.00 to cash it, I tried to explain the situation and she kept trying to tell me that I was wrong, so I just decided to take one of my checks back. Being in hospitality I know how you are suppose to act, you do not argue with customers, clearly she has a horrible life to be so rude. ANYWAYS so with the take over, the PCA could not get in reach with the bank properly so they had to cut us another check, from there management called and requested that our fees be waived due to the misunderstanding. The bank called back today around 1030 hours and said that they would not mind waiving the fees. So I get off my first job and then head to the bank, its Friday and the banks are going to be closed plus I work a double the next day. Well I pull up to the window and asked did I have an account, I told her what was going on and she replied in a really nasty and hateful attitude, "This is the last time we are willing to do this for you" So I'm like oh ok.... So there is a car in the second toll and she is trying to tell the lady that she doesnt have an account and the women stated "I've had an account for 28years" meanwhile she is being rude and rolling her eyes and cutting them towards the lady, which pissed me off. So I am still waiting to receive my money for the check, NO JOKE I was in like for at least 15-20mins. So I am getting agitated. Her whole personality is really horrendous and maybe she should look for a different job. I know you may be asking why did I not cash it with my own bank, its because my identity information was apart of the breach with Equifax and I do not have an account at this time.
