- SJS JJul 11, 20251.0The manager and the teller were both extremely rude. Never in my years have I experienced this kind of treatment from bank staff, for asking a question. Will be doing my banking elsewhere now.
- ACAaron ClairMay 4, 20251.0They refused to cash a government cheque despite me having a drivers license, passport, and other documentation. The tellers were inexperienced and confused. The manager was incompetent. I’m glad I’m not a regular customer. I went to Progressive Credit Union where I was treated like a human, they cashed my cheque and the whole experience was great.

TD bank said to bad and now I can't see her. TD Canada Trust, you are not for the customer, you're all about making money and policies. I even tried changing the amount available from a check and you wouldn't let me. If I could give you negative stars, I would. All over a simple 200$ check limit. I know it's not much, but I work hard and it's all I had in the world and you stopped me from accessing it. Online, over the phone or in the branch, you told me too bad. Now I will be canceling my account and making sure the world knows just how heartless TD bank is. I'm not normally a Karen and this is the first review I've ever written, but it's the most important. In times of need, TD will leave you stranded! If you think about going with td bank, think of my poor grandmother who wanted to see her grandson while she was on her death bed but couldn't as the economy is hard and td bank held MY OWN MONEY so I couldn't see her. Shame on you TD, shame on you!
