- HHHOct 12, 20251.0I work overnights, and run errands in the morning after my shifts. I just got done a week of overtime, and was very fatigued and disoriented. I had to stop in to see a teller for something quick. I was slow when called over by the teller, but not at all rude. She was immediately snappy with me and cut me off with a condescending tone when I tried to calmy start my request. I never once was impolite to her, just slow because I was fatigued and also battle health issues. She got passive aggressive with me because I did not follow the interaction in the manner she wanted me to. I forgot that you can withdraw you card shortly after inputting your pin and don't need to keep it in the reader. She got impatient and pulled the machine from my hands without politely informing me verbally I could withdraw my card. She quickly ushered me away without asking if there was anything else I needed help with, showed her teeth to say "have a Happy Thanksgiving" with a sneer. I'd never treat anyone else in such an unprofessional manner, especially unprompted. Maliciousness was quite an inappropriate way to respond to someone.
