It’s clear that additional training is needed before staff are placed in front-line customer service roles. The lack of professionalism was both frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly recommend reviewing Lia’s placement perhaps a role in the back office or another branch would be more suitable. This level of service does not reflect well on TD

I went in to submit my property tax amendment document, I was told “Oh we don’t deduct property tax anymore with your mortgage, you have to call the mortgage department.” Oh man, I told the staff I was told by the mortgage department to visit a branch to give the Tax assessment. And even before you give your general answer, you could have checked my account as I had to explain it’s been 4 years that my property tax is part of my monthly premium.
